The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Harry Bowles, a long time Houston business owner and activist for reform in the Texas judiciary. Harry is soon to release his second book, Governance by Demigods, and is working on a third book detailing government corruption. Harry will explain how Houston firefighters are enjoying overly-generous incomes and pensions.
