Lions Charter New Club In The Katy-Cinco Ranch Area

A new Lions club comes to the Katy area on Feb18, 2017 when (24) charter members celebrate the charter night of the Katy- Cinco Ranch Club at Rudy’s BBQ, 21799 Katy Freeway, Katy,Texas starting at 7:00 p.m.

During the ceremonies, Lions District Governor Mark Roth, along with other district dignitaries, will present the new club members with their official charter. Members of the Royal Oaks Lions Club, who sponsored the formation of the new Katy-Cinco Ranch Club will also be on hand to participate in the celebration.

As Lions Clubs International is celebrating its 100th year of service in 2017, Katy- Cinco Ranch  will have the distinction of becoming a centennial club. The new club will meet at Rudy’s BBQ 21799 Katy Freeway on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Food and fellowship starts at 6:30 p.m. and meetings start at 7:00 p.m. Please stop by and welcome them to the area.

Katy-Cinco Ranch Lions Club plans to work with local fire and police departments and hospitals to provide support for local families in need, as well as support the Texas Lions Camp for children with disabilities and other local, state and international service projects.
