Learn About Essential Oils For Relaxation

The naturally-occurring elements of essential oils make them safe and healthy options for people looking for relaxation aids. Learn about different oils that can be used to promote relaxation and stress relief at a special program, “Essential Oils for Relaxation and Sleep,” on Saturday, January 21, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the Meeting Room at the Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library, 8100 FM 359 South in Fulshear.
Wellness Advocate Donna Randall will talk about naturally-produced essential oils that can be used for relaxation, stress reduction, and sleep. Learn how to safely use them, how to select quality oils, and how they can be used aromatically, topically, and orally. Recipes and information on blends will be available to take home.
Randall has studied and taught natural-health solutions with essential oils for the past three years as part of a personal commitment to reducing toxic chemicals in the environment.
