CycleBar, a new concept in indoor cycling offering a high-energy workout in a rock concert-like atmosphere, will celebrate the opening of its first Texas studio in Katy at the beginning of the New Year. During the “soft” opening period – CycleBar Blast – riders will be able to experience all CycleBar has to offer with free classes, goodies and giveaways. Registration for all classes will open in January 2016 online at http://katy.cyclebar.com.
Founded by long-time fitness pals and business partners Bradley MacPherson and Joe Rothchild, CycleBar Katy is centrally located in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, making it easily accessible and the go-to cycling studio for fitness and cycle enthusiasts of all levels. CycleBar offers a pay-per-class model, with no membership necessary. Easy online booking allows guests to purchase class packages and reserve a specific bike up to a week in advance at www.cyclebar.com. Guests will also receive concierge service and amenities, like free towels, water bottles, lockers, and shoes.
“Our studios and staff are entirely dedicated to creating a fun, dynamic and effective indoor cycling experience”, says Bradley. While Joe believes the main reason for opening CycleBar is to help others realize their fitness goals and find passion in riding.
The dynamic classes take place in a state-of-the-art CycleTheatre and are led by CycleStar instructors who take participants through a 50-minute high-energy ride. The CycleTheatre features tiers for 50 bikes plus LED lighting, wide-screen graphics and state-of-the-art audio with a DJ booth. Riders can also track performance data via CycleStats and can download music used in the class session.
After class, riders cool down with fresh fruit and enhanced water, while aromatherapy helps guests relax throughout the facility. “
